Suzan "Semii" Gebreyonas is a talented Brand Manager responsible for leading premium cannabis brand MONOGRAM under The Parent Company. Additionally, she is the Founder of FACE2FACE. As a first-generation Eritrean and New Jersey native, Semii's lifelong passion for entertainment and creativity has driven her career path. Semii's journey began at Pace University in New York, where she cultivated her skills and entered the music industry in NYC. She started as an artist/writer before interning at Atlantic Records, and then she advanced her career as an A&R assistant, working with multiple Hip-Hop/R&B artists. Later, she worked at multimedia creative collective, 'iAmOther' founded by Pharrell Williams, where she produced his second book with Rizzoli titled "A Fish Doesn't Know Its Wet." Alongside working across his various ventures such as Complex Con, Billionaire Boys Club, and many more, it was during this time that she fell in love with the idea of working limitlessly across industries and making a significant impact on culture. Her passion for cannabis culture sparked a new direction, leading her to Las Vegas. There, she ascended to the role of Director of Marketing at Jardín, a distinguished premium cannabis dispensary. In this capacity, she oversaw the entire marketing department and brand direction. Her impact earned her the 'Best Marketing Director' award at the 2021 Las Vegas Cannabis Awards. In 2021, Semii joined The Parent Company, where she has been a pivotal force in developing and executing marketing strategies for MONOGRAM in California. Her ultimate aspiration is to elevate cultural-movement brands and serve as a trailblazing voice inspiring progress within the industry. Additionally, Semii co-founded FACE2FACE, an innovative events and activations company. Specializing in fostering meaningful networking experiences for creatives, the company has built a remarkable reputation since 2019. Under the leadership of Nai and Semii, FACE2FACE events have consistently sold out, reaching over thousands of people.
